Warpstock 2001 Room Rates

Staying at the Holiday Inn is not only very convenient for you, but it also supports Warpstock 2001 and makes more money available for other things, including Warpstock 2002.

• Standard or Double King room : $104.95 CND (approx. $70 USD) + 5% Provincial Tax and 7% Federal Goods and Services Tax.
  
• Rate available from October 2 to October 11, 2001.
  
• Rate guaranteed for reservation before September 24, 2001.
  
• Each guest room at the hotel has two phones, voice mail, data ports, cable television, in-room movies, coffee-maker, hairdryers, ironing boards and irons, work desk with lamp.
  
• Parking is complementary for registered hotel guests. For other Warpstock attendees, parking will be $5 per day.
  
• The hotel Business Center has duplicating facilities available. Also available are computer services, office supplies, courier serves, facsimile, photocopying and word processing serves.
  

Reservations

To make your room reservations :

• Call 1-416-674-4340 and mention rate code "Warpstock 2001".
  

  Anyone wishing to book outside of the October 5-7 dates should book directly through the 1-416-674-4340 telephone number. This is at the hotel although it does cover the reservations for a larger area.
  

There are some other ways to make reservations, although we do not recommend them as we have been notified by a number of people about their problems getting the correct Warpstock room rates :

• Use the 1-800-HOLIDAY telephone number for world-wide bookings, but be advised that these people have no discretion about dates and rates. They may state that rooms are booked because of the block of rooms held for Warpstock but not realize that the individual needs to be included in this block. They will also have problems booking outside of the October 5-7 dates as they do not know availability status of rooms and do not have the authority to extend the rates.
  

• Use the Online reservation system. Specify the rate code in the area labelled "Special Requests or Questions".
  

• Send an e-mail. Mention the rate code in the e-mail.
